Introduction

IC® — Interface Connect — is a dry, VOC-free coupling chemistry that bonds fillers into inert polymers the industry has never been able to fill. The most valuable polymers, like PTFE, resist filler above roughly 15–25% loading. IC® clears that barrier, so parts carry 2–3× more filler at equivalent or better performance — solvent-free and at production scale.

How it works?

Diagram showing the use of IC technology to fix a defect in a material through mixing, adding Teflon, resulting in a uniform material with fewer defects.
  1. Treat the filler so it dispersed evenly in the polymer matrix.

  2. Build the interphase so load transfers cleanly.

  3. Tune the system to your PV, temperature, media, and counterface.

Why it matters?

The interface is often the weakest link. IC® turns it into the strongest, so fillers reinforce instead of just riding along.
