Introduction

IC® is our surface/interface engineering system that chemically functionalises fillers and tunes the PTFE–filler interface. The result is effective load transfer, improved heat paths, and an abrasion-resistant interface, while preserving PTFE’s ultra-low friction and inertness.

How it works?

  1. Treat the filler so it dispersed evenly in the polymer matrix.

  2. Build the interphase so load transfers cleanly.

  3. Tune the system to your PV, temperature, media, and counterface.

Why it matters?
