Polyfusion Labs is a UK-based advanced materials team and is at the forefront of polymer composite research, addressing fundamental challenges that have limited material performance for over eight decades. Our interdisciplinary approach combines materials science, biomimetics, and sustainable engineering.

We commercialise IC®, a coupling platform serving the filler and polymer industries. PTFE — the most inert polymer of all — is our first application, chosen because it is the hardest: if IC® works there, it works anywhere. Mica/PTFE is where we started, not where we stop — IC® is already line-trialled in FKM and demonstrated in PA. We exist to help engineers push performance and make people’s lives better with materials that simply work.
